Inspired by centuries-old Delft pottery and the enduring beauty of botanical illustration, this one-of-a-kind alligator skull transforms natural history into a timeless work of art.

A genuine juvenile alligator skull has been meticulously restored before being wrapped in hand-applied blue botanical motifs reminiscent of classic Delft porcelain. Rich metallic gold accents highlight the eye, jaw, and individually finished teeth, creating a striking contrast between delicate craftsmanship and the untamed spirit of the animal.

As with every piece in the Blue Delft Collection, no two are ever exactly alike. Nature and the manner in which I make these creates unique pieces.

Taxidermy head is fully intact.
